Ashwe: Taking a Bar-First Brand to the FMCG Shelf
Next, we shaped the shift.
We helped Ashwe reimagine its identity for shelves, fridges, and TikTok feeds:
Packaging design exploration: From minimalist cans to bold foaming-cap bottles, we prototyped ways to stand out in retail environments.
Rebranding options: Typography, tone of voice, and visual language were evolved to suit both the club and the kitchen counter.
Usage positioning: We developed new consumption contexts — brunch cocktails, poolside gatherings, and “host-with-the-most” starter kits.
We also outlined a retail-friendly value proposition, bridging the gap between novelty and everyday indulgence.
First, we broke the bottle.
We started by identifying where the brand stood — and where it could go. That meant diving deep into the consumer mindset through:
Competitive analysis in the alcohol and lifestyle FMCG space
Trend forecasting on how younger audiences consume and share alcohol
Exploring non-traditional formats for at-home entertaining
With Ashwe already owning a niche as a “fun-form” product, we mapped out an expansion route that maintained their edge while speaking to a wider audience.
Same spirit, new shelf.
Ashwe is an innovative alcoholic foam brand — bold, playful, and previously confined to the nightlife scene. When they approached us, their goal was clear: to break out of the bar and land in the homes and hands of a broader consumer base.
But expansion into the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) market meant more than just distribution. It meant a complete rethink of how the brand spoke, looked, and behaved — from packaging to positioning.
The result? A brand ready to pop off

AR Design Studios: Not Just Designed — Engineered
Insight.
Blending tech and taste in interior design.
AR Design Studios was entering the market with a bold promise: interior design powered by artificial intelligence. But without a brand presence or lead funnel, they couldn’t show potential clients what set them apart.
Our task? Build their digital foundation from scratch — one that captured the sophistication of design and the intelligence of their tech — while driving real leads.
They didn’t just need a weQbsite. They needed a launchpad.
Idea.
A high-design brand, built for performance.
We started by identifying AR’s core personas: tech-savvy homeowners, developers, and real estate agents. From there, we crafted a digital journey that felt seamless, smart, and human.
Website Creation: We built and launched a full-stack website from wireframe to deployment — complete with interactive previews, AI demos, and a “Start Your Project” conversion funnel.
CRM Integration: Lead capture was automated with segmentation based on project type, style preference, and intent. Warm leads triggered tailored follow-ups and sales flows.
Social Strategy: Designed content around education and aspiration. Reels, case mockups, and design myth-busting posts were tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. A gated lead magnet brought users into the CRM pipeline.
It wasn’t just a rebrand. It was the brand — finally brought to life.
Impact.
From unknown to unstoppable.
The launch of AR Design Studios gave the brand everything it needed to thrive — clarity, conversion, and credibility.
A custom-built website with modern UX and lead flows
A CRM engine capturing and nurturing sales opportunities
A targeted social funnel driving inbound demand
AR Design Studios is no longer just a great idea — it’s a growing business.
